Is my marriage legally recognized in Texas?

Yes. All services provided by Married in Minutes result in a fully legal and recognized Texas marriage when a valid marriage license is presented and properly completed.

Do you provide marriage licenses?

No. Couples must obtain a valid Texas marriage license prior to their appointment. We do not issue licenses, but we do sign and file them as required.

Do we need witnesses?

Texas does not require witnesses for marriage ceremonies or license signings. Guests are optional depending on the service booked.
