Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Married in Minutes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All services are provided by appointment only. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have obtained a valid Texas marriage license prior to their appointment. Married in Minutes is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to incomplete, invalid, or missing documentation.

Ceremonies and license signings are conducted using pre-written scripts unless otherwise stated. Customizations and add-ons must be approved in advance.

Married in Minutes reserves the right to refuse service if a client arrives without proper identification, required documentation, or fails to comply with Texas marriage laws.

Any changes to services, guest counts, or add-ons must be communicated prior to the appointment and may result in additional fees.


Cancellations, Reschedules, and Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the total cost of your service.

No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

Clients must communicate any cancellations or reschedule requests at least 10 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Requests made within 10 days of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new booking

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in loss of all payments made.


Late Arrival Policy

Appointments are scheduled carefully to respect all clients’ time.

If a client arrives late, a $25 late fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Services may be shortened or canceled if the delay impacts scheduled appointments following yours. If services cannot be completed due to excessive lateness, no refund will be issued.


Important Service Notes

Married in Minutes is not responsible for delays caused by weather, technology issues (including Zoom disruptions for virtual ceremonies), or circumstances beyond our control. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate clients when possible.

By booking services, clients acknowledge that marriage is a legal agreement and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of information provided on their marriage license and related documents.

Service Expectations

Married in Minutes strives to provide reliable, professional services in a calm and respectful environment. While every effort is made to accommodate clients, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, technology issues (including Zoom disruptions for virtual ceremonies), or government processing delays.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on their marriage license and related documentation. Married in Minutes is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Marriage is a legal agreement. By booking services, clients acknowledge and accept responsibility for the legal implications of marriage and the information submitted.
